We’re looking for talented young designers keen to learn and gain experience through an internship with us. The internship offers full immersion in our studio, our way of working and creative process — a solid foundation for a career in design. We have two internship application windows: – Summer Internship: Applications open on December 1st, internship begins in March. – Winter Internship: Applications open on June 1st, and the internship begins in September.

This six-month paid internship is based in Bolzano, South Tyrol (Südtirol, Alto Adige), Northern Italy. There are no remote internship positions. Fluency in English is essential, German or Italian proficiency is advantageous. Ideal candidates are final-year university students or recent graduates, though all ages are welcome — your portfolio speaks loudest. The submission of a portfolio containing around 5 of your projects in a PDF is mandatory. We work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, no late nights or weekends. Free lunch in the studio kitchen. You'll be credited for your contributions to projects. Former interns have launched their own studios, joined great agencies, started teaching, or continued with us full-time.

Twice a year, we get around 150 to 200 portfolios. Selecting only one or two interns is an important decision, and we do our best to respect the effort that goes into every portfolio.
